MatchSense is an AI-powered sports-analytics platform covering football (soccer) and basketball. It produces predictions, confidence scores, matchup breakdowns, and an AI chat assistant for informational and educational purposes only. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MatchSense and govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, AI chat, and APIs (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription, unlocking match analysis, buying credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

MatchSense provides AI-generated sports analytics, statistics, predictions, and insights strictly for informational and educational purposes. The Service does not accept, place, broker, escrow, settle, or otherwise facilitate any wager, bet, stake, or other form of gambling, and it does not operate as a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gaming operator of any kind.

Nothing on the Service constitutes betting, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to gamble, or an assurance of any particular outcome. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. We make no guarantee that any prediction, confidence score, signal, or insight will be accurate, profitable, or suitable for your circumstances, and past performance never guarantees future results.

Any decision you make in reliance on the Service — including any decision to gamble with a licensed third-party operator where lawful — is made entirely at your own risk and is your sole responsibility. If you choose to gamble, do so only where it is legal for you, only with money you can afford to lose, and in line with our Responsible Gaming guidance.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use the Service. This age threshold reflects our responsible-gaming stance and applies regardless of any lower age of majority in your jurisdiction. Where your local law sets a higher minimum age for sports-wagering-adjacent content, that higher age applies to you.

By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 21, that the information you provide is accurate, and that your access to and use of the Service is lawful in your country, state, province, or territory. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any local restrictions on sports-related content, analytics tools, or gambling.

In Indonesia, gambling is unlawful. MatchSense is offered to Indonesian users purely as an informational and analytical product and must not be used to place, facilitate, or promote any bet or wager. We may restrict, geo-block, or decline to provide the Service where we believe use would be unlawful.

Some features require you to register an account. You may register with an email address or sign in using third-party authentication such as Google OAuth; your use of any third-party sign-in is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and session, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly through our contact page if you suspect any unauthorized access or use.

You must not share, sell, or transfer your account, use another person's account without permission, or create an account using false information or on behalf of anyone under 21.

The Service offers several ways to access premium analysis. The specific price, currency, billing frequency, and inclusions are always shown at the point of purchase before you confirm.

By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable amount using your selected payment method. All prices are stated inclusive of, or exclusive of, applicable taxes as indicated at checkout; you are responsible for any taxes not collected by us.

• Subscriptions are recurring plans that unlock premium features for a billing period (for example, monthly). Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will make the auto-renewal terms clear before you subscribe.
• Per-match unlocks are one-time purchases that grant access to the analysis for a specific match. Because they deliver digital content immediately, they are consumed on unlock.
• Credit packs are prepaid bundles of credits you can spend on unlocks or eligible features. Unless a promotion states otherwise, purchased credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged for the current period.

Except where a mandatory consumer-protection right or applicable law requires otherwise, fees for subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins, and per-match unlocks and consumed credits are non-refundable once delivered or spent. We may, at our discretion, offer a refund or credit in cases of duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or genuine service failures.

Indonesian law note: Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under Indonesia's Consumer Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen). Where that law or another mandatory local consumer law grants you a stronger cancellation or refund right, that right prevails over this section for you.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers: Midtrans for Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) transactions and Stripe for international payments. Your payment is subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policy.

MatchSense does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials; that sensitive data is handled directly by the payment provider. We retain only limited transaction metadata (such as a plan reference, amount, currency, status, and provider transaction ID) needed to fulfil your purchase, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service to place, facilitate, promote, or organize gambling where it is prohibited, or in any unlawful manner.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the analytics, data, models, or AI outputs except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Service, its security, or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, data, or network, or bypass usage limits, paywalls, or geographic restrictions.
• Misuse the AI chat feature to generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or to solicit advice on evading gambling laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation, age, or identity.

Analytics, predictions, confidence scores, and chat responses are produced by automated models and by data sourced from third-party sports-data providers. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated, and are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy or fitness.

You should independently verify any material information before relying on it. We are not responsible for the acts, content, or availability of third-party data sources, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

The Service — including its software, machine-learning models, feature vectors, analytics, text, graphics, logos, and "MatchSense" branding — is owned by MatchSense or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service and its outputs for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written permission except as this licence allows.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

On termination, your licence ends and we may delete or de-identify your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any prediction, analysis, or AI output will be accurate, reliable, or achieve any result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchSense and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any gambling or betting losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) the equivalent of IDR 1,000,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability under mandatory Indonesian consumer-protection law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MatchSense and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Global users: Except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction — set on publish], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of [venue — set on publish] will have jurisdiction.

Indonesian users: If you access the Service from Indonesia, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Indonesian court/venue — e.g., Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta — set on publish], without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights available to you under Indonesian law. Where lawful, the parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussion before commencing formal proceedings.

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means before the changes take effect where required. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
